This app creates an empty png image file at the dimensions entered and then places the small image at the center of the newly created empty image. This  enables the import of small images into Vegas without the automatic zooming that normally occurs and the subsequent pixelization of the image. Supported image formats include bmp, gif, jpg, png, and tiff.
